The rooms are good, cool with 2 king beds, and a full fridge and microwave. The location is marvelous and excellent, close to eateries and restaurants. It's easy to get to Lummus Park Beach from the hotel.

Small bedroom, broken cards so you could't open bathroom when you needed, stuff entering your room, noise during the night time, other guests behavior, a lot of negative energy

The location is perfect and excellent, close to Lummus Park Beach. The rooms are good with amenities like a microwave, a full fridge, and 2 king beds. The staff is really helpful and excellent.

Close to the beach and shopping

The hotel name that appeared on paperwork was different, the rooms were dirty, curtains were stained, beds were falling apart, box spring was help together by pieces of broken wood, matresses were also you could feel the springs digging into your back, one side of the bed was higher than the other, the shower head was disgusting and dripping water all the time, tiles in the bathrooms were cracked and dirty, the curtains were stained and the sheets were disgusting.

the staff was good , very nice with us , and the location was great just two block away from the beach and close to the club too .

the room was not so clean , and when you are in your room you can hear a lot of noise !

Excellent place for exploring Miami Beach

Fantastic location for our visit to an arts theater. Got a big size room with a microwave and 2 king beds. We had a great time at Geneva Hotel in Miami Beach! The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the area, particularly for our visit to an arts theater. Our room was spacious and had convenient amenities like a microwave and 2 king beds. It was definitely worth the $128 we paid for our stay.

Checked into hotel found dirty bedsheets with hair and makeup belonging to someone else... Front Desk staff could have shown more concern when I informed them of the situation with my bedding. Maybe I would have been treated better had I booked and expensive room???

The location just a short distance from the Convention Center was unbeatable, and the standard room was spacious and nice.

Where it was situated, very close to Ocean Drive, perfect place to stay if you are in Miami for New Year, I liked also the outside of Geneva as they are part of the Parisan Hotel and you can sit outside, that is a great atmosphere.

We thought we were getting 2 beds but we had to share 1 double bed, we were not aware of this when we booked, it is not well kept and our room was not cleaned twice, we also had to phone and ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
