great location with friendly staff, perfect for a fun family getaway

The hotel is cozy, roomy. It features easy beach access and offers a kitchenette for quick meals!

Smell of weed on the coridol

Small bedroom, broken cards so you could't open bathroom when you needed, stuff entering your room, noise during the night time, other guests behavior, a lot of negative energy

The airco. Smoking facilities were awesome as well. A bit too hot if you went outside the hotel. Original name

Not worth 70$. Not even close

The staff was responsive to our concerns.

The bathroom was disgusting and had visibly dirty areas. The hallway to our room was dirty and littered with trash. I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

the staff was good , very nice with us , and the location was great just two block away from the beach and close to the club too .

the room was not so clean , and when you are in your room you can hear a lot of noise !

Close to the beach and shopping

The hotel name that appeared on paperwork was different, the rooms were dirty, curtains were stained, beds were falling apart, box spring was help together by pieces of broken wood, matresses were also you could feel the springs digging into your back, one side of the bed was higher than the other, the shower head was disgusting and dripping water all the time, tiles in the bathrooms were cracked and dirty, the curtains were stained and the sheets were disgusting.

Disgusting, noisy, rude staff -never stay here, would never ever again!

Really helpful staffs, gave a few recommendations.

After checking in, I was horrified to find out my room was located in a filthy separate building. Cigarette butts everywhere. No air conditioning, I can't believe it! I expected some sort of complimentary upgrade for all the trouble but no, not even a crumb. How unfortunate that I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

Do NOT stay. Compares to a 3rd world country crack den.

Housekeeping Staff were very helpful, friendly and informative, they helped to rectify my problem swiftly...

Checked into hotel found dirty bedsheets with hair and makeup belonging to someone else... Front Desk staff could have shown more concern when I informed them of the situation with my bedding. Maybe I would have been treated better had I booked and expensive room???

A shocking stay with surprises

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and I enjoyed the kitchenette for quick meals. Sunsets from the beach were amazing.

My experience was tainted by the overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the room, and the size was disappointingly cramped. The poor cleanliness added to my discomfort.

Noisy guests coming in hotel at 2:00 am and shouting "Good morning".

Where it was situated, very close to Ocean Drive, perfect place to stay if you are in Miami for New Year, I liked also the outside of Geneva as they are part of the Parisan Hotel and you can sit outside, that is a great atmosphere.

We thought we were getting 2 beds but we had to share 1 double bed, we were not aware of this when we booked, it is not well kept and our room was not cleaned twice, we also had to phone and ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
